Barge Rubber Cement Shoe Repair Glue is a temporary bonding agent for rubber, cork, paper, fiber materials and particle board.  Excellent for temporary bonding of leather, rubber, fabric and paper, during tooling or lacing.  This quick dry rubber cement holds firm, yet remains workable, can be easily taken apart for realignment.
